2020 Toyota Hiace Ignition Repair

We recently had a call from a concrete cutting company to advise us their ignition lock wasn’t turning in a 2020 Toyota Hiace.

The car was located in Doreen, a local suburb where we provide Automotive Locksmith Services Doreen.

After inspecting the condition of the key and ignition lock, it was obvious both needed to be repaired or replaced.

The key and wafers inside the ignition lock had sustained significant wear, possibly from the abrasive dust inside the car.

Once the key and internal lock wafers were replaced, it drastically improved the locks operation.

The van was able to make it back on the road that same day.
